The exception to the friendly atmosphere was the man I presume to be the owner needs to get an attitude up to the level of his employees. He walks through staring straight ahead as though there were no customers there. No interaction with customers was observed. We went through a number of managers with the past owners both upstairs and down - and all took the time to make you feel appreciated for coming to their place. I know it's not the same as Keps, where we eat at least once a week as the manager there usually stops by to chat a little . . . ."
