Holding our items until our escrow closes and assuring us that the pillows would not be bent or whatever happens to stored items was a relief. Having to hold our purchase 30 to 45 days has been a problem in the past. We have bought and sold 19 homes in our 52 years of marriage and believe me there has been problems. Also, there was a little period of time that we thought our offer would not be honored. I was concerned because some of the items we picked out were 50% off. To lose those items would have put our budget out of wack since we were furnishings an entire home. Tiffani came to the rescue and held those items even though you were having your big sale and anyone could have come in and wanted it. It was so slow at my visit that Rob was unable to print an invoice for my purchase unless I could wait long enough for the computer to be able to take the information and print. I would have preferred to get the invoice. Which would have been quite a wait. I didn't want to wait around a half hour or hour to get my invoice and pay for my furniture. The personal service I received at both stores was most excellent. Both Rob and Kevin were very helpful and professional, answering my questions, giving me additional information, and showing me the products I asked to see."
