In 2006 my 2001 Infinity I30t, a luxury sports car with loads of zip under the hood, was 'dead in the garage' - towed it to dealer and next day the dealer called - estimated fix cost for my I30t was $6,700. I called my friend, and told him that I can't afford the fix, what do I do? - he said take it to LanPro and get an estimate. I should be able to defer a coupon until I need it, as the expiry dates are very quick (I have to use them in three months). Don't get me wrong, that's great that I get discounts, but when they quickly expire or I can't fully take advantage of them, then that sucks."

"Very honest & straight forward about which repairs were really needed (ie: safety concern), & which ones could be deferred. Dropped the car off for Spring Pre-Vacation Check before 8am, but didn`t hear back until the afternoon with findings. By then it was too late to order tires & get them installed same day. Had to leave car overnight & pick up next morning. Would have been nice to get results earlier in the day. Was also missing the wheel alignment result printout with the bill, when I got home. Had to call back to confirm that the wheel alignment had in fact been completed."
