"I really appreciate the top-notch communication at Absolute Auto. It's great to be able to see exactly what's being worked on, what's recommended, etc, and to receive frequent, detailed updates via phone, text, and email. Really professional and helpful! The downside is, the prices at Absolute Auto are higher than when we moved to Shirley a few years ago, and I seem to keep having to pay to repair similar issues less than a year after the last time they were addressed. I'm sure a lot of that is just the car aging, but the cost has gotten a lot higher than I've ever had to pay for car maintenance before, which is a bit disheartening."
