Technician very knowledgeable about my older machine and I feel confident in his work. He and Carolyn both agreed that my Baby Lock was well-made and has stood the test of time. They offered suggestions about newer machines having air thread technology but without making me feel bad about owning an older model. Nice shop. I will consider them for other machine needs."
